Q: Some items from my order are missing — how is that possible?
A: We work with multiple suppliers, so items may be shipped separately.
Missing products usually arrive 2–3 days later.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and labels, and without signs of use.

Returns must include a tracking code (Track & Trace). The sender is responsible for the return shipment.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the full purchase amount to your account within 14 days.
