You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we have received your return, we will process your refund within five business days.

Simple in 3 Steps

Step 1: Complete the Return Form
Download the return form and fill it out accurately and clearly.

Step 2: Send Your Order Back
Send the products together with the completed return form to the address provided on the form.
Please make sure to obtain a tracking number (Track & Trace).
As the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment — we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we have received your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within five business days.
